I like the theme of this logo so far, but I know I have some more work to do in giving it clarity. The center of the image is the monument downtown (INDY), I thought that would provide a recognizable image for Indiana(polis). I also like the implication of unity and technology that comes with the image now. Can you think of any ways to push those implications?

I am also still tweaking the colors, primarily of the monument itself, I wanted it to really stand in front of the buildings and I thought gold would also hint at Indiana's colors.
